About Ulf Marhenke
I’ve been where you are.
Ulf started his career in Big Law, advising on Corporate/M&A deals at the highest level. He knows the pace, the pressure, and the silent cost of constant performance.
At some point, like many high achievers, he hit a limit. But instead of pushing through it, he chose to stop – and understand.
That decision sparked a deeper journey: At INSEAD, he earned an Executive Master in Change and conducted one of the most comprehensive studies on lawyer well-being to date. His work explored what rarely gets discussed in law firms — the hidden dynamics of leadership, culture, and burnout.
Today, Ulf combines deep legal expertise with systems thinking and executive coaching. He works with law firm leaders who want to lead differently — with clarity, courage, and care.
